SHIPPING

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Marie Shoes.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

 Although every effort is made to ship goods promptly, delivery speed by the carrier cannot be guaranteed. Normal delivery time by Canada Post surface mail in Canada is 3-10 business (working) days after mailing. Surface mail and delivery to non major centers may take longer. Deliveries in December may also take longer. Increased security at Customs Inspection may also delay receipt of product.

For all orders shipped out of Canada, the purchaser is responsible for any duty, taxes or brokerage fees charges that may incur. For all over-sea's shipping, we are not responsible for any lost items.

Please note: If you choose Canada Post Express, there will be an additional charge for shipping.

Please note: all orders will be charged a shipping and handling fee unless otherwise stated.

If you order more than 3 items outside of Canada and continental USA, you may contact us at (getanswers@marieshoes.com) for additional costs before ordering.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays since the Post Office service is closed in Canada. Whenever possible, we will attempt to ship multiple items together to reduce shipping charges.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, please notify us by email (getanswers@marieshoes.com) before returning a product. This is to avoid confusion and time. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The best way to ensure products are returned in new condition is to try them on in an indoor carpeted area to determine if there are any fit concerns or defects.

Goods may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange provided they are unworn and with all the original packaging. All boxes must be wrapped or placed in another box. Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender and are not refundable, and collect shipments will not be accepted. Shipping charges on EXCHANGES are the responsibility of the purchaser. All refund items will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Goods shipped from OUTSIDE of Canada/USA must be returned by mail (surface or air) only, as UPS and others will charge brokerage for goods crossing the border. Do NOT ship Xpress Post outside of Canada, as these shipments are given to a courier. Any brokerage charges incurred on returned goods will be deducted from refunds owing.

Make sure you enclose the Merchandise Return Form which will be sent to you via email.

Please note that SPECIAL ORDERS are not refundable and have a fee to cover production costs.

Returns may be declined if the returned product is damaged by someone other than Marie Shoes.com member or the manufacturer. If this is the case, we'll advise you that a refund has been declined and we'll return the product to you.

You can expect a refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.  All credit card refunds will be placed on the credit card number used in purchasing the item(s). Purchases made by cheque or money order will be refund by cheque or money order. Please note your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a our error up to a maximum of $15.00 CAD.
